Visit our Gift Cards page, choose your preferred value and add it to your cart. You can send it to yourself or click Send as a Gift to send it directly to someone else — entering their name, email address and a personal message.
Aakritee Gift Cards are available in eight values: $60, $80, $100, $120, $140, $160, $180 and $200. These cover everything from a single blouse or kurta to a premium silk saree or lehenga. If you need a custom amount, contact us at support@aakritee.com.au.
On the gift card product page, choose a value and click Send as a Gift. A pop-up will open where you write a personal message, choose a greeting card design, and enter the recipient’s name and email address. You can send it instantly or schedule it for a future date and time.
Yes. When sending a gift card, you can choose a specific date and time for delivery — perfect for birthdays, Diwali, Eid, a wedding day or any other occasion.
Yes. You can write a personal greeting and choose from a gallery of occasion-themed greeting card designs — including festive and wedding options.
The recipient receives a beautifully designed email with a personalised greeting card and their unique gift card code. They can also choose to print it at home for an in-person presentation.
Yes. When sending, choose the Instant Message option. You will receive a shareable link that you can forward through WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, or any platform you prefer.
Yes. Choose the Print delivery option when purchasing and you will receive a printable PDF gift card to hand over personally — ideal for in-person celebrations at Durga Puja, Eid, weddings or family gatherings.
Yes. Click Send as a Gift for each recipient, fill in their individual details, and add each to cart. At checkout you will see all gift cards listed with their respective recipient details.
At checkout, scroll to the payment section and select the Gift Card payment method. Enter your unique gift card code and click Redeem. The balance will be applied instantly. If your order exceeds the gift card value, pay the difference with any other accepted payment method.
Yes. Any remaining balance stays on your gift card and can be used on future orders. There is no requirement to use the full amount in one transaction.
Yes. Present your gift card code at the counter and our team will apply it to your purchase. If the code is on your phone, simply show the screen — no printed card needed.
Yes. If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the difference with any other accepted method — credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or another gift card.
Yes. Apply your discount code first at checkout, then enter the gift card code to cover the remaining amount.
Yes. If you have Aakritee Store Credit in your wallet, you can use it alongside a gift card at checkout.

Yes. Once the recipient opens their gift card email, you will automatically receive a notification confirming it has been received and opened.
Yes. Aakritee Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law. You will receive reminder emails before expiry if a balance remains.
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash. They retain their full value for 3 years and can be passed on to someone else if you no longer need them.
Contact us immediately at support@aakritee.com.au with your order number. If the card has not yet been opened, we can cancel it and reissue it to the correct address.
Contact us at support@aakritee.com.au with your original order number as proof of purchase. We will investigate and, where possible, issue a replacement code for any remaining balance.
No GST is charged at the time of purchase. Under ATO face-value voucher rules, GST is collected only at the point of redemption when the card is used to buy a product.
No. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another Aakritee Gift Card.

Store credit is a balance stored in your personal Aakritee wallet. You can earn it through returns, cashback rewards, referrals and special promotions, and use it like cash on any future order — online or in our Woodcroft boutique.
You can earn Aakritee Store Credit by:
  • Choosing store credit instead of a cash refund when returning an item
  • Earning cashback on qualifying purchases
  • Referring a friend who makes a purchase
  • Receiving it as a goodwill gesture or compensation from our team
Log in to your account and visit your Rewards Page or account dashboard — your current balance is displayed there. Your store credit balance is also shown in every store credit notification email you receive from us.
At checkout, click Apply Store Credit to apply your available balance in one click. You can also enter your wallet code manually under the Gift Card payment field. Any unused balance remains in your wallet for future orders.
Yes. If your store credit does not cover the full order total, you can pay the remainder with any other accepted payment method — credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or a gift card.
Yes. Aakritee Store Credit is valid for 3 years from the date it is issued to your wallet. You will receive a reminder email before your credit expires if a balance remains unused.
Yes. Let our team know at the counter and they will look up your store credit balance and apply it to your in-store purchase.
Store credit is tied to your email address and account, and cannot be transferred to another person. If you would like to give credit to someone, consider purchasing an Aakritee Gift Card instead.
When you request a return, you will be offered the choice of receiving store credit instead of a cash refund. Store credit is issued to your wallet instantly upon approval and may include a bonus amount on top of your refund value as a thank-you for keeping it in-store.
