  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Partial redemption supported — any remaining balance stays on the card for future orders
  • If a gift card code is lost, contact us at support@aakritee.com.au with your order number
  • GST is collected at the time of redemption, not at purchase (ATO face-value voucher rules)
  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card

Visit our Gift Cards page and choose a value. To send it directly to someone, click Send as a Gift and follow the prompts. To buy it for yourself and share the code manually, click Add to Cart and complete checkout — your code will be emailed to you instantly.
Aakritee Gift Cards are available in eight values: $60, $80, $100, $120, $140, $160, $180 and $200. These cover everything from a single blouse or kurta to a premium silk saree or lehenga. If you need a custom amount, contact us at support@aakritee.com.au.
On the gift card product page, choose a value and click Send as a Gift. A pop-up opens where you enter the recipient’s name and email, write a personal greeting, and choose your delivery method — Email, WhatsApp (IM), or Print. You can send it immediately or schedule it for a future date.
Yes. In the Send as a Gift pop-up, click Choose Date to select a specific date and time for delivery — perfect for birthdays, Diwali morning, a wedding day, or any occasion you want to get just right.
Yes. In the Send as a Gift pop-up, write a personal greeting in the Greeting field (up to 500 characters). The recipient will see your message alongside the Aakritee-branded gift card design.
The delivery method you choose determines this:
  • Email — a branded email is sent directly to the recipient with the gift card and your greeting
  • IM (WhatsApp / Messenger) — you receive a shareable link to forward yourself
  • Print — you receive a printable PDF to hand over in person
Yes. In the Send as a Gift pop-up, select IM as the delivery method. After checkout you will receive a shareable link to send via WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram or any messaging app you prefer.
Yes. Select Print in the Send as a Gift pop-up and you will receive a printable PDF gift card after checkout — ideal for presenting at Durga Puja, a family wedding, or any in-person celebration.
Yes. Use Send as a Gift for each recipient separately, filling in each person’s details, and add each to your cart. At checkout you will see all gift cards listed with their respective recipient details in one order.
Yes. Once the recipient opens their gift card email, you will automatically receive a notification confirming it has been received and viewed.
At checkout, enter the unique gift card code under the Gift Card payment method and click Redeem. The balance is applied instantly. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, pay the difference with any other accepted payment method.
Yes. Any remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used on future orders. There is no requirement to spend the full amount in one transaction.
Yes. Present your gift card code at the counter and our team will apply it to your purchase. If the code is on your phone, simply show the screen — no printed card needed.
Yes. If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, pay the difference with any other accepted method — credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or another gift card.
Yes. Apply your discount code first at checkout, then enter the gift card code to cover the remaining amount.
Yes. If you have Aakritee Store Credit in your wallet, you can use it alongside a gift card at checkout.

Yes. Aakritee Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law. You will receive reminder emails before expiry if a balance remains.
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash. They retain their full value for 3 years and can be passed on to someone else if you no longer need them.
Contact us immediately at support@aakritee.com.au with your order number. If the card has not yet been opened, we can cancel it and reissue it to the correct address.
Contact us at support@aakritee.com.au with your original order number. We will investigate and, where possible, issue a replacement code for any remaining balance.
Gift card emails occasionally land in Spam or Junk — this can happen when your email provider doesn’t recognise the sender. Check that folder first and search for “Aakritee” or “Gift Card”. If you find it there, mark it as “Not Spam” so future emails arrive in your inbox. To prevent this, add support@aakritee.com.au to your contacts before purchasing. If the email is not in spam either — for you or your recipient — contact us at support@aakritee.com.au with your order number and we will resend the code within 24 hours.
No GST is charged at the time of purchase. Under ATO face-value voucher rules, GST is collected only at the point of redemption when the card is used to buy a product.
No. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another Aakritee Gift Card.

Store credit is a balance stored in your personal Aakritee wallet. You can earn it through returns, cashback rewards and special promotions, and use it like cash on any future order — online or in our Woodcroft boutique.
You can earn Aakritee Store Credit by:
  • Choosing store credit instead of a cash refund when returning an item
  • Earning cashback on qualifying purchases
  • Receiving it as a goodwill gesture or compensation from our team
Log in to your account and visit your account dashboard — your current balance is displayed there. Your store credit balance is also shown in every store credit notification email you receive from us.
At checkout, enter your wallet code under the Gift Card payment field. Any unused balance remains in your wallet for future orders.
Yes. If your store credit does not cover the full order total, pay the remainder with any other accepted method — credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or a gift card.
Yes. Aakritee Store Credit is valid for 3 years from the date it is issued to your wallet. You will receive a reminder email before expiry if a balance remains unused.
Yes. Let our team know at the counter and they will look up your store credit balance and apply it to your in-store purchase.
Store credit is tied to your email address and account, and cannot be transferred to another person. If you would like to give credit to someone, consider purchasing an Aakritee Gift Card instead.
When you request a return, you will be offered the choice of receiving store credit instead of a cash refund. Store credit is issued to your wallet instantly upon approval and may include a bonus amount on top of your refund value as a thank-you for keeping it in-store.
