Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

1. RETURN ACCEPTANCE

 We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within our specified timeframes. Returns are accepted for:

  1. Defective or damaged product
  2. Products not as described or not of acceptable qualit
  3. Wrong size, fit, or colour issues

Pre-order Exception: Once pre-order items are confirmed and production has commenced, they cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty, not as described, or not delivered within a reasonable time (as per ACL). 

PoS(Offline) Exception: For physical purchases, they cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty, not as described or size mismatch.

2. RETURN TIMEFRAME

You must notify us with your concerns within a reasonable timeline (within 4 days after you receive the post) and should return within 18 days.

3. PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Clear photo evidence of the defect is require
  • Video evidence is optional but may help us assess faster

4. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 Before Dispatch: You may request order changes (size, colour) or cancellation if the order has not yet shipped.

 Pre-orders (Not through Website listing):  We cannot be cancelled or changed once booked, as they are processed immediately upon order. If we cannot supply your order afterwards, you will receive a full refund plus a $15 discount code for your next purchase.

 5. RETURN METHODS

 By Mail: Customers arrange return shipping using a trackable service.

 Drop-off: Available at our registered address (by appointment).

 Return Shipping

 We would reimburse reasonable tracked postage costs for items with defects or quality issues.

Provide Documentation: For all returns, please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. For defective items, please also include photo or video evidence (required). 

Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide detailed instructions for your return. Do not send items back without our prior authorization.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for the initial return shipping costs. We recommend using an trackable service. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7. EXCHANGES

 We accept exchanges for:

  • Different sizes (subject to stock availability
  • Different colours (subject to availability
  • Store credit for another product

 Exchange conditions are the same as returns.

8. REFUND PROCESSING

Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7 calendar days of receiving and validating the returned items.

Method: Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refund Amount

Full product cost plus original and reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed for items with quality issues

 Restocking Fee: No restocking fees are applied.

 9. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment.

 10. CURRENCY

 All refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).
