Cancellation, Return & Refund

CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • Once any pre-order items are booked, that cannot be cancelled or changed. For other orders, it can be changed, but the order cannot be entirely cancelled.
  • Full refund for faulty or damaged product. You may need to drop or post the product back to us. We would also refund postage.
  • Please make a video of the opening of parcels through a post that is sent to you in order to claim any refund. If the product is physically collected from us, we recommend checking the product properly. We may not be able to process the return request for later.
  • Return can only be processed for a damaged or faulty product. We will not be able to process any return or change request due to a change of mind of the buyer.
  • For a refund, you must notify us within three (3) calendar days after receiving the parcel from us, with photo/video proof.
  • In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision using a clear statement. You can notify us of your decision by, email (support@aakritee.com.au), phone or chat (by using the chat bubble at the bottom right of this page. Available at all times of the day)
  • If a product ordered is not available, we will refund the full deposited money and offer a A$15 discount for the next purchase.
  • Returning Goods – Cost and Risk: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Aakritee would reimburse the customer for the shipping charge. We cannot be held accountable for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
  • We will fully reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods, and physically validate the customer concerns. We will use the same means of payment as you have used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.The following Goods cannot be returned:
    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
    • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the expiry date is over.
    • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons were unsealed after delivery.
    • The supply of Goods, which are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does NOT meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
